 Lymphatic Drainage
pour Femmespour Hommes

Manual lymph drainage is a massage therapy technique that improves microcirculation, regenerates and heals, fights effects of edema and strengthens the lymph system.

Lymph is a liquid found in the lymphatic vessels and ganglions. It carries nutrients from the blood to the cells and removes waste produced by cells. It is our body’s purification system, but it also houses our immune system.

  Drainage Lymphatique

           Dr. Vodder’s method

  • Reduction in edemas: the most spectacular effect. Used in cases of water retention and to reduce post-operative edema and hematomas.
  • Immune defence: to improve local immunity, acne, surgical or other scars, and predisposition to bacterial or viral infection
  • Healing: promotes rapid healing with reconstruction of a toned, compact skin surface
  • Improved microcirculation: removes excessive interstitial liquid from the tissues, better cellular oxygenation, acceleration of the filtration-reabsorption process
  • Regeneration: improved skin nutrition and respiration causes a visible improvement in the skin’s appearance. Skin becomes healthier, more elastic and toned.
  • Analgesic and relaxing action: promotes healthier, more relaxing sleep.
